Candidates, not a hazard rating. Derived from open LiDAR against MoTI Technical Bulletin GM02001. Every row requires ground verification. Coverage is not continuous — gaps are shown as gaps, never as clear slopes.
Licence unconfirmed for some collections. The BC Data Catalogue record for the LidarBC portal reads “Access Only”, not the Open Government Licence – British Columbia. Because the derived inventory is a commercial asset, licence is recorded per collection and a candidate from an unconfirmed collection is marked not publishable. See OQ-035.
