The expiry date comes from the licence itself. A verification pass found no NRCan page confirming
a five-year term, a 30 June expiry, a pre-1 May renewal deadline or a 30-business-day service standard (OQ-034).
Those are shown as a configurable working assumption, marked unverified, never as law. The fees are confirmed.

Recording a new site raises the change-of-site notice with a 24-hour clock and both police detachments identified from the coordinates.

Moving storage under a fixed-site licence is a different problem from a change of site — and whether Dynamite holds a zone licence, a fixed licence or both is an open question.
