Two different dates. The certificate must be provided 5 working days before
commencing rock bolt installation, and the calibration itself must have been performed not more than 30 days prior to rock bolt testing.
Pumps and jacks must be paired for calibration.

A test performed with an out-of-window pair produces a record that will not release payment.
So an out-of-window pair cannot be selected on a rock bolt test at all.
The certificate's gauge-pressure to applied-load relationship is what makes a minute-by-minute gauge reading mean anything. Calibration expiries appear in the obligation calendar.
